Cops & corrections gladly profit from the incarceration of non-violent offenders. In other words, the incarceration of non-violent offenders is teh only way someone with a high school diploma can earn a decent living by taking ajob asa cop or corrections officer.
PRISONE ARE A GROWTH INDUSTRY! WHY DO YOU THINK WACKENHUT ARE SO RICH? (Google Wackenhut)NO MORE OVERTIME FOR PRISON GUARDS. I'VE BEEN TO JAIL. I REMEMBER GUARDS TAUNTING NEW INMATES WITH THREATS OF RAPE. PEOPLE NEED EDUCATION NOT INCARCERATION.
Vote Yes on Prop 5. It saves money, rehabilitates, and leaves more space in prison for the real threats to society such as: murders, rapist, robbers, child molestors, etc.
how in the hell would people send sick people to jail?? they dont send alcoholics to jail.. why would they send a mental person in need of help to jail..? YES ON 5
Dealers aren't the problem, the laws are. Putting ANYTHING on the black market only creates criminals. Alcohol was controlled by the Mafia until it was re-legalized, so drugs are only controlled by criminals because it's been criminalized. If drugs were legalized, Pfizer and Phillip Morris would control them and the tax benefits would be immense. Closed-minded judges who don't understand "NATURAL LAW" and only understand "POSITIVE LAW" should not be the only voices on this.
