snow, snow, and more SNOW ! ! !

Just a few paragraphs, from various articles, from the Philadelphia Inquirer Newspaper:

A rix of main, sleet and snow is currently falling, creating treacherous conditions as the second powerful - most likely record-breaking - storm wallops the area within just a few days.

Up to seven inches have already fallen in some areas, topped by slush or ice with temperatures hovering around freezing. The region is under a blizzard warning with the current forecast calling for continued snow, mixed with sleet and freezing rain, throughout the morning. Wind gusts of up to 45 miles per hour will worsen conditions by this afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times.

Another 4 to 8 inches of snow is expected to fall through afternoon with snow likely also falling in the evening. Making for more dangerous conditions, ice will also accumulate.

For the second time in five days, the Philadelphia region will get walloped. By tonight, the area is expected to be plastered by 12 to 18 inches of fresh stuff, a thick, white topping to the 28.5 inches that fell over the weekend.
