  • hiroko, can you put subtitls in your future videos?

  • @406356690 def. if i have time!!

  • When I got married I hated 半返し・・・超~~~~~~~面倒くさい!

I also decided for the wedding, I didn't want to do it in Japan at a 結婚工場. We did a party in Japan at a big Irish pub, no charge for the booking, free entry and good times!

And yes, Japanese guys call their wives "kami-san" for a good reason... :)

  • @Hikosaemon Hahahahahaha I laughed so hard, and I've been waiting for you to comment!! 結婚工場ね~wthe average (not expensive ones) wedding cost is 3-4million JPY. My dream wedding is on top of the mountain, if there's a lil cave, would be Perfect!!超感動的!but 大変for guests!

  • I think some of you need to kinda back off on how Hiroko does her videos I personally have no problem with her doing half Japanese and half English. If it annoys you so bad then don't watch her videos. This is her channel and she can do what she wants. Give her some respect on here.

  • Oh i have to add.If you can't afford to go to a wedding, you can say no,but it is polite to still give money. Not such a big amount though(only like 20000 yen maybe should be enough). But i guess you save money with clothes, you don't pay for meal and drinks, hair, nails and whatever you do to yourself when you go to a wedding.AND,if someone came to your wedding, you HAVE to go to theirs.Or send someone from your family.Creepy ne?

  • Well Romanian weddings are very similar to japanese ones.We give money(the same amount even!!!)sometimes gifts(more if it's family or close friends,if not, just money). You can give what amount you can aford, but IT HAS to cover for your and your partner meal and drinks. So it's an "obligatory" amount(about 15000-20000 yen)wich will cover the meal and drinks. Then you add how much you can aford to that.We satarted to have pre wedding parties lately. No gift registration here.

  • I'd rather give them (friends or family) a gift card. To us americans, its a polite way of saying: "HERE...buy it yourself!

  • No marriage is ever going to work if there is no respect between the man and the woman. If western guys marry japanese girls on a pretence that they will be submissive, there is no respect there. Good video and agree with you fully.

  • Japanese girls are communist!

  • Nanda...o_o...sorry but you lose me when you hop languages xD. What does "toka" mean you use it a lot LOL. I hope you make it "super easy" for me to understand :P

  • I'd love to marry a japanese woman. Family? I can live without mine. Same with customs, language and everything except my integrity. What I won't do for love^^

Norwegian women are great, but there's one problem with them... they live in Norway. I don't want to live there. lol

  • Interesting.

  • how about this, japanese women are as sweet and submissive as the rest of the women everywhere... meaning, women are women. Some are submissive-- some not. Some are sweet-- some not.

  • And to add to my last (and lengthy) comment, I think it's kinda funny that many guys see Japanese women as being sweet/submissive.

I can agree on the sweet part when it comes to certain Japanese female friends I have. But submissive... hmm. To be honest, most of the Japanese girls/women I've met have seemed pretty strong-willed. Every Japanese girl I've met has been unique, so that's one reason I'm excited about meeting more people in Japan. Anyone else have similar feelings?
