@NaruSasuLover1000 I had a friend called Carrie in primary school... she also had CF like me same DF508 mutation defect, she died age 11... at her funeral I remember crying my eyes out :( I'm gonna be 26 this year I wonder sometimes how I've made it and she didn't... life can definately deal you a raw card but you gotta fight to survive, literally! It's a huge struggle for anyone with CF, families and friends to deal with but after 25 years alive, I'm only just starting to live now...

@heidisthomas1 This is very good to hear I'm so happy for you!! It gives me hope of reaching that age myself! Your husband sounds like I was at 13... I'm 25 now and taking all my meds properly (i didnt for years) so I hope to live to at least 40. :)

Yeah I hope you're doing well, I'm constantly dodging hospitial appointments myself though! Btw I also have CF, I'm 25 years old, 26 this year, and planning on reaching 40! Message me to compare notes!

@gubbarune I have CF I'm 25, 26 later this year... I "seem" to be in good health, dodging hospital appointments whenever I can lol :) I have a constant cough and pseudomonas infection but still do a 90min workout @ the gym 3x a week! I also have done more partying than is healthy for a normal guy let alone one with CF! I have the DF508 mutation, the most common - my tip is to seriously just keep active, a 2h walk is worth 10 physio sessions. as for life expectancy, I'm hoping to reach 40!

@ambernicolev i have cystic fibrosis too. and i was wondering. how old are you., I'm currently 16 and I'm doing fine. coughing a lot and stuff. reckon ill live till about 30 or so
