false. chords are A, E, F#m7. but you can play F#m. he mixes it up. the D, E is correct though

It's pretty easy if you mess around and get the feel, and it sounds really good if you're using a whammy pedal to the beat. Seriously, this song rocks.
Props to the kid playing! My only criticisms are slow it down a little and get somebody in there on sax!
