This tutorial explains how you easily can create a trigger wich makes the camera goes to the first person view when you're entering a looping in-game, by using the mediatracker. This is my first tutorial, and feel free to comment if you don't understand some steps.

  • you might know how to make arrows? not for speed but to see where you should go! you may remember that!

  • @djmanforallofyou Just add that kind of matrix board, and with redecorate (the paint bucket) you can choose a different sign. (Haven't checked this)

  • hi, i made a longer track already, with a looping somewhere in the middle... do i really have to track the ghost for all 3 rounds now before i can start with camera changing and stuff?

  • You've to finish the track at least once while recording the Media Tracker Ghost. Then you're ready to edit with the Media Tracker

  • its not first person but thx

  • It's a tutorial to work with the mediatracker of TMNF, please watch the video in full lenght before you're replying ;)

  • @mrBorkD hh echt hea ;p

  • @mrBorkD XD, idd.

  • It's better to just leave an empty clip at the end of the looping. The camera will then turn back to the one the player selected earlier on, in stead of the camera you selected in the Camera Race path. For example, when I drive into that looping with cam1, It'll turn to cam3 in loop, but to cam2 after that, because you set Default in the last clip. Yet if you hadn't placed any track in that clip, it would've caused the first one to stop playing, therefore returning to the camera desired.

  • dude, you can just put an empty trigger, Instead of another camera race block!

  • thanks!

  • Ik spot altijd de NLers als ze engels praten, maar jij bent wel overduidelijk ^^
