In this clip from a live seminar, Philip H. Farber demonstrates a basic principle of Meta-Magick, that where and how you place your attention can influence your reality. By imagining and manipulating a geometric shape, the subject also influences her physiology. This exercise and Exercises 1 and 2 demonstrate aspects of ideomotor response. This demonstration becomes very useful when taken with other Meta-Magick techniques.
