In this clip from a live seminar, Philip H. Farber demonstrates a basic principle of Meta-Magick, that where and how you place your attention can influence your reality. By imagining and manipulating a geometric shape, the subject also influences her physiology. This exercise and Exercises 1 and 2 demonstrate aspects of ideomotor response. This demonstration becomes very useful when taken with other Meta-Magick techniques.

  • @loverainthunder Wow! Sorry I didn't see this comment sooner. There are two volumes of stories, collected in the form of a novel called The Great Purple Hoo-Ha. Where books are sold.

  • You are a pure pleasure. Thank you for the story Mentally Undress Yourself- it was spot on.

Just what I needed. Do you have any more stories? I would so purchase them right now.

    Thanks!
