Just thought I'd give it a try even though I was expecting that it won't run well. Shown here is the demo version of ARMA 2 running like a slideshow on ASUS N10J-A1 (notebook / netbook / ultraportable ... whatever you wish to call it my friend).


Machine is on AC running Windows Vista operating system, stock nVidia drivers, CPU OC'ed to 2026.2MHz via SetFSB Tray, game's quality preference is set to 'Very Low'.

  • I got the same processor as you! :D

    But i overclocked it to 2.4ghz, and it can go up to 2.8ghz even (but then u have to be sure the temp stays low enough).

    with 2 gig ddr1 3200 and an ati hd3850 512mb,

    It runs the game on medium/high settings with 30 fps on the benchmark, but in crowded battles it goes down to 20..
