'El Vito' by Infante was originally written (dedicated to Jose Iturbi) for piano solo. It is a theme and variations well beyond what is on this video. I have played this piece for years and it is a showpiece for the advanced player (but not super difficult). Every variation has a technical point to cover (arpeggios, broken chords, octaves, etc). It's a great piece to assign your advanced student, and it's so fun to play (practice) and a real audience pleaser.
