@RepMYcity1 No disrespect taken. It's funny but I have a good friend of mine who is a Christian fundamentalist... like I was when I was just a wee lad... and he's a big fan of Christian Hip Hop. Being an anti-theist/atheist skeptical humanist... we always bump heads on this topic but regardless I can appreciate skills when I hear them.

I disagree FULLY with the message but have been involved with Hip Hop and know a legit artist when I see/hear one.

Jesus no longer exists and he certainly doesn't create life.

You know who creates life?

Your parents. There's some evidence for that.

^ The planet was formed 4.5 billion years ago.

@JayJayAbels I'm not judgin', I just think you need to listen harder to the lyrics. Where did the world come from? Scientists have tried since the beginning of time to create life, and have failed. Only Jesus can create life. Superstition? You've obviously had a bad church experience. It's not superstition, it's not religion. It's love. Pure and simple. L.O.V.E

@themaskedging Although there is VERY little evidence that Jesus ever existed... I tend to believe that he did. Yehosua, Jesus's proper Hebrew name, at that time was very common in those parts. But my claim was that Jesus NO LONGER exists - not that he never existed.

Regardless he was certainly not a "god" of any kind.

But you're absolutely within your rights to believe otherwise.

Knock yourself out but IMO it's all bronze aged myths and stories.

@JayJayAbels thanks for thinking. And, for future reference, I'd be careful denying the existence of Christ. whether he was god or not, say what you want, but most historians would say there was a great teacher named Jesus. even other religions recognize it.
