Art historian Carol Mattusch discusses the bronze sculptures installed in the gardens at the Getty Villa, which were cast from moulds of original Roman sculptures unearthed at the Villa dei Papiri in Herculaneum, Italy, and created by the Chiurazzi Foundry in Naples. Carol touches on how they are placed throughout the Villa and their most striking physical feature -- their glass and stone eyes.
