@rzyalik you have your main line to line a pencil or mooching weight and have a leader of whatever length you want and then the corkie then the hook, i put yarn on too, but the puyallups is really cloudy so color isnt so big an issue, as for weight i use a half ounce cuz heavy weights will snag and light weights will just be ttaken by the current a little too easy

@rzyalik I usually use a half ounce to one ounce weight, not tied in, free sliding! Then I tie a swivel to the end of my mainline, so the weight is behind it. For my leader, I usually have three feet of line, and on my leader, I slide on a corky (red or black) then tie on my hook with and EGG LOOP knot (look it up) then I insert a piece of pink or red glo bug yarn (you can get this at any fishing store) into the hole in the egg loop knot (you will know what Im talking about when you see it)
