I (currently) play a Rank 14 shaman and there is a small heal + a hot as one spell, a hot, a longer casted but strong heal and a shield spell.

While I don't know extensively about the higher level heals the Shaman's Gork and Mork mechanic allows the casting of consecutive heals/damage spells to make the other cast faster (or if instant, more effective).
