Had enough of Knut? While you watch, how many Polar bears will drown while looking for a floe to stand on. A lot of bad things have happened in the world recently, but the loss of a home for Polar Bears will be one of the most shocking things we have ever seen.

  • Polar bears have already survived periods when there was NO summertime Arctic sea ice. In fact, all available evidence (direct from the climate alarmists at NSIDC) suggests they did so as recently as 5,000 years ago.

  • @smcnallen,

The warming cycle of the last 30 years is over (and so is the CAGW religious cult).

Global temps will remain flat through about 2018.

Then, another decades long cooling cycle will begin.

  • wow could not watch it all way thru, unbearable

  • @smcnallen,

After adjusting for ENSO (el Nino Southern Oscillation), 2010 was an average year. Only the utterly dishonest present it as anything else. The truth is that NOAA has admitted there has been no global warming since 1998. Phil Jones (head of the infamous East Anglia CRU) has admitted there has been no statistically significant global warming since 1995.

  • @BroncoLion That's not true, sir. There was an increase after hunting was restricted, but as of 2009, 8 polar bear populations were declining, 3 were stable, and 1 was growing. Only 4 years earlier, 5 were declining, 5 were stable, and 2 were growing. Quite a loss in 4 years! The Hudson Bay group has lost 22% of its bears since the early 1980's. As for temperature: 2010 was tied for the hottest year on record, per NASA and NOAA in separate studies. Oh, and I am a conservative Republican.

  • Are polar bear good to eat?

  • My God how fake is her acting?! What a pathetic AGW propaganda video!!

  • @britneyspearsx Why? What's wrong with her pussy? o.0

  • @BroncoLion

Not only have their numbers tripled, but up here in Canada land we're now looking at culling them because they're impacting the environment. Environmentalists, out of touch with reality.

  • There can be some debate over whether the Medieval Warm Period was actually warmer. But during the Roman Climate Optimum they were hauling -five- crops of wheat out of Egypt. The level of -summer- ice in the Arctic doesn't bear thinking about during that era. However, even then we didn't get anything other than "Entire Arctic Frozen" for the winter. Buy a clue or ponder "How did the poor bears survive the RCO?"
