Mustang & Sally are mediocre unless you have Ph.D Flopper. When you have Ph.D flopper, though, it means that you can spam them at close range without getting hurt, and you can swap to them quickly. Life-savers.

Do you really think that someone is a douchebag when they go for better weapons instead of upgrading the ones they have? Personally, I think it's more likely that someone's a douchebag when they call someone else a "dooshbag" unprovoked.
