Review of the hotel Estadia I stayed a couple of nights here recently and Conclusion: The hotel has potential, just need to invest in maintainance, hire someone to be in the reception 24hrs (suggest to the owners: don't run the hotel by yourself, as you live there too, makes the feeling on the guests to be invading your space), put phones on the roomsofcourse,do some benchmark with other boutique hotels of thecity, wish you luck
