@xsaturnx3 Mate some cars you have to blip the throttle like that, especially cars with a performance or racing clutch because they are very sensative and stall unless you blip the throttle a bit
-
@saga212 You have obviously have never driven a car with good throttle response
-
@xsaturnx3 peoples rev motor like that are not your problem. lol

That wouldn't have been an issue if he wasn't on the gas on the ramps. If he got a bit of a run at it and coasted once the drive wheels hit the ramps, or if they pushed the car up (assuming the trailer doesn't have a winch) there would be no worries at all. That is how dirt bikes are loaded into trucks and trailers all the time. I'm sure I have seen more boards used for loading than ramps when bikes are concerned and cars are no different.

@mike1the1great driving badly is annoying for others who are interested in cars. Especially when finding a decent cossie is harder and harder. I'm interested in M3's and it is painful to see them wrapped around lightpoles or drifted into curbs on youtube. I know what you're saying, but it's hard not to inform people that revving it cold or having the inability of keeping the car from stalling without blipping it is bad. :)

I have blipped the throttle on my MK2 golf for 8 years now and there is no prblem with clutch ;) so this time you are wrong, i does apsolutely no damage to the clutch :)
i REALLY hate it when people blip the throttle like that. Goodbye clutch.

@xsaturnx3 Actually, "feathering" the throttle SAVES wear on the clutch, because it allows lower RPM clutch engagement without stalling, versus holding it at 1500 and letting it out slowly.....
