Our bassplayer rocking "Thank You, LORD" on my older MTD 535 through his Epifani cabinet. I think the cabinet was too much for the Sony A-55's internal mics; there was no distortion while we were sitting there, but that bass is definitely driving the camera's mics harder than necessary. We didn't even have the amp turned up that high, but an MTD bass transmits a lot of fundamentals through a system.

  • @SiL3ntXGaming13 - That was more than likely my Zoom Q3. It has since gone belly up, having received an unseen scratch on the second layer of the screen that did j-u-u-u-u-u-s-t enough damage to the underlying sensor array to make the video system USELESS! However, it is still a worthy stereo mic so I tossed it into a spare parts pile. Somewhere.

  • Pleasant what type of camera are you using to record?
