Just to clarify, I am a CONSUMER, I am not here to answer complaints you may have against Oglesby & Butler or any dealer. Please do post comments and ask things you think I or others can help with. I have been using Iolites for two years now. But I am not a rep,do not own a store and have no affiliation. This is not an advert, it is a how-to-use guide. I put a lot of my own time into my published iolite guide and these videos for no other reason than to share what I have learnt. Thanks

CAN SOMEBODY PLZ HELP ME?!?!

I JUST BOUGHT MY IOLITE 3 WEEKS AGO AND ALREADY ITS NOT WORKING?!?! WHEN I TURN IT FROM 0 TO 1 THERE IS NO HISSING SOUND NO MORE? IT JUST RANDOMLY HAPPEND? IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE AND THEN ONE DAY IT JUST STOP HISSING? I HAVE WENT ON THE WEBSITE AND LOOKED AT THE SUPPORT SECTION DID WHAT IT SAID AND STILL NOTHING???!?! ANYBODY CAN HELP PLZ1?!?!

@kaa10 Did you release butane gas from the IO before refilling it. If you keep refilling it will stop working just the way lighters do. The IO needs to be full of liquid, did you ever notice how lighters over time don't fill full? It is because of the gas trapped in them. The venturi on the IO is smaller than a lighter and gets blocked with cheap butane and wont work with gas. @tdaness I have a Launch Box and still prefer the iolite, but the MFLB is one of the best vapes.

Why? The Launch Box gets hotter (especially with 2700mah AA's). It has a desktop adapter and can be plugged into a car adapter too. It also has no garbage butane and no weak ass hits like you get from the Iolite.

@tdaness Its a personal thing, the MFLB certainly does the job v well, but for me I hate having to charge batteries, like how I can toke from the IO wihtout having to on/off the power walking down the street, and can rely on the temperature thermostat. The IO has its flaws, but for me it fits my requirements. I do wish the IO had an adjustable thermostat and that it didn't run on after you switch off. Anybody watching this video should also check out the MFLB and make their choice, or buy both!

I have heard of people walking around the streets using it....put it in a mcdonalds cupmatch the straw with the tub of the iolite and act like your drinking

DO NOT BUY AN IOLITE - THEY ARE CHEAP, GIMMICKY PIECES OF JUNK WITH LOUSY IGNITION SYSTEMS, AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT TREATS YOU LIKE AN IDIOT (EVEN AFTER THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEM, THEY STILL WON'T HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY)

How do you know when it is out of butane?

I vape with mine all the time in public, I'm 19 and live on a college campus, has been pretty reliable, the one can of butane cost me 6 bucks and it's lasted me since december, and I vape daily, several times a day. Also mflb rocks I have one too but I always loose batteries so I'm to irresponsible for mflb :p but I've enjoyed the iolite and its not too loud so its nice.

Dunno if it has been asked previously but how many uses or like "heat ups" does it go through before you would have to refill the butane? Like would I be able to go a few days without refilling it if i use it like twice to four times a day.

i just wanted to ask and plz im looking for a clear answer. how long do you need to vape for the vaporizer to reach full temperature when vaping weed AND hash???

i owned one but not tried it yet

I just bought one for the wife but I don't understand the point of vaporizers, are they just for people who believe the lies peddled about tobacco...? who want to waste good herb stick it in a machine and inhale nothing, get zero buzz and waste it..?

The iolite box however is impressive as are the instructions and carry case.

these things are peices of garbage. my buddy dropped his on the carpeted floor and it doesnt work nemore. flat out waste of money. go buy a fucking 5 dollar pipe and smoke weed like a normal person.
