Here's the recipe (there's a type in the video, it should read 1 1/2 cups butter, not 3/4).

3 sticks butter
1 Tbsp mexican vanilla (or regular)
caviar from one (1) vanilla bean
2 pounds powdered sugar
Heavy cream

Get butter to room temperature, beat well. Add vanilla and beat well. Scrape vanilla bean and add the caviar, beat again. Slowly beat in powdered sugar, then heavy cream until sugar begins sticking on the beater. Beat for 3 ful minutes.
