Yes, I'm English. Yes, that's a concertina! No, it's not a Wheatstone. It's a vintage made by one Mr. Jones circa 1870. It still has brass reeds that are less harsh than the more usual modern steel replacements. I bought it from my friend 'nytram...'. Search on Youtube for him. He's great.
