what the fuck is this hahaha. get in the gym do ur basic shit train ur forearms and then do speed training. tire flips r pointless if ur gonna flip them like a bitch

doing a workout that focuses on fast twitch muscles which is what a majority of baseball is. by doing all these things back to back he can't possibly put forth as much effort as he can. However, if he would do each section of the circuit separately and give himself adequate recovery time inbetween, this would be a great baseball workout because it would then be focusing on explosive movements (instead of endurance) which I have previously stated is what baseball is

this is great for getting in shape... but thats not really what baseball is about... baseball is all about putting forth as much effort as possible is short amount of time. for example, it doesnt even take a second to swing a bat. another example: you normally never sprint for more than ten seconds in baseball unless you hit a triple. but even so this guy is doing this stuff for two minutes straight with no rest inbetween... which means hes doing more of a cardio workout when he should be

nice bro but how many times do you guys normally run it back to back and how long in between breaks?
We did this set 4 times. We rested for a minute in between sets. Then we moved on to a different circuit.
