It is above there intellect to figure out that the root of all the issues is Islamic terrorism emanating from countries like Palestine, Pakistan, Iraq etc. They would very rarely make strong statements that condemn these terrorists but will always blame things on current US policies.

@KuntaJay Cant you see the TYT anchor with his face radiant with joy as he talks of the terrorist attacks in India? That should tell you who the liberals really support. When terrorism hits the US, liberals have to conceal their delight very carefully. Since this happened in India, the TYT anchor is being less careful and so he forgot to suppress his joy.

@acharris22306 First of all, if that's your view then I can respect it. Secondly, yes believing in something irrational does make me feel better, I don't like rationalising spiritual matters.

Eliminating the evil? That's a goal as impossible as eliminating the good, there's good uses for evil (e.g. nuclear technology) as there are evil uses for good (e.g.Nazi surgical experiments).

Who said god is good? It's whatever people want it to be, in my case, yes I believe in a benevolent god.

The problem is, this world has so much evil in it that men need something to believe in, that's where god comes in no matter what religion you are a part of. That's why any/all mainstream religions exist.

I can't count the number of times where I've doubted the existence of god, but in the end I choose to believe because of what I said above.

BTW the hosts are not racist against India, they just have an insensitive, blunt way of speaking and are misguided about why people choose religion.
