  • @DHammerr

I'm taking Solgar B-Complex (they recommend 2 pills a day and that's what I take).

  • @EntitySeventySeven are you taking a vitamin B supplement that gives 100% RDA of B vitamins or are you taking a B-100 complex ?

  • @SophieOcean

Thanks for the information Sophie, I appreciate it.

  • @ThePeoplesChemist I've been taking 15000 IU of vitamin D everyday during the winter. I have yet too see any negative side effects. As a matter of fact, my results have been stunning. No cold or flu, hair, skin, nails looks amazing.

  • I take 15000 IU a day, 5000 with each meal and I feel fantastic. My mom says it's way too much, she wants me to take 1000 IU a day, lol.

I also take a Vitamin B Complex. My whole life have changed since I started supplementing with Vitamin D (15000 IU a day) and B complex.

  • @jgizzy

don't be I have taken 10.000 a day for years and never see a white coat never have flu so don't worry keep taking the D3.

    BeLucky I wish you well.

  • HOW MANY ug (NANOGRAM) BY PILL IWS 5000 UNITS??

VITAMIN D3 IS VERY GOOD FOR HEALTH, MUSCLES, BONES, AND ITS PRIMARY FUNCTION IS THAT IT TRIGGER THE ANTICORPS TO GO INTO ACTION AND ATTACK THE VIRUS. WITHOUT IT, NO MATTER HOW MANY ANTICORPS YOU HAVE IN YOUR BODY THEY WONT ATACK THE VITRUS. THATS WHY VITAMIN D HAS SHOW TO BE ESSENTIAL IN PREVENTING DISEASES.

    RECENT RESEARCH PROVED IT.

  • testing is good, but not absolutely necessary if you can't afford it. Just take an average of 5000 IU per day and you'll be fine. I got my levels up from severely deficient to 60 ng/ml (ideal range) doing that in about a year. I was tested through through my health insurance, but if you can't be tested, just take the 5k and don't worry about it. There are zero reports of toxicity at that level, ever.

  • @mjclarthur go to vitamin D council. they have one lab for 60 bucks...there was a special for 30 but i can't find it...at my school's clinic i can get it for 30 but thats only student discount....sorry i couldn't find it...but its still worth it to check at least once so you know where you stand

  • @ChristianMCarroll 30 bucks? where?! 60 bucks just to see a dr to get the order for the labwork,, then labwork bill- anyone ever seen one for less than $100? unless you have a gov medical card...
