What would you do if the number was 350? How do you subtract the 0 from the ten? In the answer, does the farthest left place become a 0 and the 1 from the 10 go to the 9 left of it to make 5 and the last is just 9-3=6? Which would give you 650?

vedic mathmatics is drived from the hindu relgion, it simply developed to measure sacred sacrificial alters and there is more to this math than meets the search in google. Thankyou that was a very useful trick.

I heard that some ancient religion was vedism. And in my language there are lot of words which combine religion and the word "ved" hmmm..., maybe coincidence.
