Hey, for some reason this one is not as DKC as the first two... but I found this one as a five star game, definetely. I guess it's because I never beat it as a child, but did it about a month ago. Still, very innovative and reaaaally does justice to the series.

@Mstar82 though you have to admit even though they were only remixes they werent too bad. if they had an achievement or something that lets you play some of the levels with the DK DK2 DK3 music after you beat the game or something like that.

gosh as I didnt want it to be.. they just rehashed mostly epic tunes from the prequels in the new DKC...
I wonder why they were so lazy and didn't compose that much new melodies for DKCR... infact you cant go wrong with the old tunes.. but I'm tired of that mostly nowadays things are just rehashed...

This is really background music, nothing wrong with that, it's what it was composed to be. You couldn't listen to it on it's own, but a piece of art needs to be appraised on the whole. When you were playing the level it fit, right? I feel the need to defend DK3 cause it's the black sheep...

DKC1: Very high WOW factor at the time, most nostalgic value.
DKC2: Funnest of the bunch, amazing game that can hardly be put into words. And it has pirates. I happen to love pirates. Best music.
DKC3: LOTS of extras, a good time waster if your looking to beat the game 100%.
