He sure did run around talking about pre-existing conditions. You cant trust the private sector to lower premiums. He is very good at explaining what is wrong with the current system but I dont think he has a clue how it should be fixed. Being a physician doesnt make you a health care specialist. The Republican theory that you will lose your doctor-patient relationship with universal health care is the only argument they have and it is WEAK!

Well said, except for alternative medicine. Just about all of it is bunk and totally ineffective. It would be unfortunate to see people in critical cancer situations spend their tax-saved health care dollars on magnet therapies and homeopathic nonsense and die young as a result.
Hopefully, because people spend their own money they would be more critical in their research or what medicine to use.
Overall Lawson's plan is much better than the present system.
