I live near a Aligator snapping turtle ranch and there shells flatten out when they get older but I have never seen there face turn white before I mean the oldest one they have at the ranch is 80 but I haven't seen a white face very weird thanks for posting the video

@alfreaso It actually turned old a while ago I think. He is more than one hundred years old. And I still have to ask the Zoo staff if there is any possibility that this is a hybrid. I am not even sure if that is possible.
