My God! This guy is great. I've had a runny nose for the last couple of months, and I've just realized I've been eating curry/pepper since then. I'll have a try stopping this stuff and see if it comes back to normal........ it's so annoying............. thank you man.

Same here, I used to get sinus infections 2-3 times a year, sore throat, I noticed once I switched to eating organic food and used the neti pot whenever the poolen count was very high in FL, I stop suffering from any sinuses. ACV is great as well.

I get really stuffed up with any dairy products, and for years I was getting sinus infections with post nasal drip. I cut the dairy and use Apple Cider Vinegar in tea whenever I am stuffed up, this has helped to the point that I have not had a sinus infection in 3 years when I used to get 4-6 a year that needed antibiotics to clear up. I highly recommend trying the ACV if you suffer from sinus blockages, my ears used to be blocked from the pressure in my sinuses.
