Just documenting verizons poor customer service for all to see. Holla to Steve at the Data Center in Columbia SC.

As a hint to whoever is reading, don't just let them boss you around. Its your money spent, not theirs.

My phone is a Verizon XV900 or the HTC Touch

  • to imcaesarsmom... i know how to work the phone. its not too advanced for me. the fact that it had flaws in it was the problem, not my lack of technology know-how.

    to pepito... they are the ones who said if there is a problem with the phone bring it to us. it is the manufacturers warranty that verizon honnors. i pay them for the phone, not htc.

  • and it was bad experience with their fios people and many bad experiences between many different phones and billing issues. rarely even a decent experience

  • it was legit 10 hours between a few days... the last time was a solid 3 hours straight... the day before was 2... and the week before that was 5 hours spread over 3 calls

  • Every aspect of Verizon sucks, not just their cellular customer support. Perhaps the worst company I ever dealt with.

  • if you have 3 defects, than it isnt the phone, its you! Sorry about your luck..The catastrophic impossibility of an issue reoccurring 3 times on a different device is USER ERROR!

  • I have to agree with you. Verizon customer service is inept at best; not to mention the multiple call transfers. My service in Japan was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better(as all others in Japan) with less.

  • It's the insurance that you bought when you got the phone. All providers offer it. You've been paying for it every month.
