Soup cook in a Slow cooking Crock pot on its own for many hours.
Chicken breast fillet had been marinated with Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Habenero chilly with some Tapioca flour and water. Kept in the fridge until ready to be Stir-fried on high heat.
Serve with Steamed Rice.
A small dish of sliced cucumbers with lemon juice completed the meal.
