A skill that Jackie Chan showed in one of his movies and that I always wanted to be able to do. A couple of years ago I went to a store and bought a wheel and a piece of metal and then I tried it out. I could do it! Now I show you how you can achieve this skill. Please note that I never used these techniques to learn this skill. What I did was just a lot of abdominal work, but with these techniques I think you will be able to do it a lot faster!

  • aint the floor a lil cold?

  • @suplegend It's not warm, I can tell you that. Although I believe it was around summer, so it was alright.

  • You don't necessarily need an ab wheel, you can use slightly loosened dumbbells for this too!

  • @8line8 That's how I did it in the beginning, but it's not quite the same. The disks don't roll out as good as a wheel and therefore it's not a smooth motion. It's actually easier because you can roll through to the end as easily. A barbell can also be used for the exercise.

  • I saw a clip on youtube a while back of someone doing this, but their feet were resting on some stairs, I would guess that would make this exercise even harder. Keep up the good work, your vids are helpful..

  • @ernestmac13 Yes, it is. I'll try that out in one of my skill videos soon.

  • That's awesome bro :)

  • Very cool.

  • I've been using an ab wheel for years and swear by it. I had no idea that you could do them standing up; I have only done them on my knees. Thanks for the tip. Working on my L-sit too thanks to your great vids.
