Tools cover of a Led Zeppelin classic.

Such a great track I decided to learn both parts and mix the recordings. Bit of an extended solo also for a bit of fun.

11mins worth of recordings here so I had to split it in two unfortunately.

Effects are delay, wah wah, flanger and tremelo.

Anyway, enjoy!

  • awwsssmmm!!

  • i like how the distortion punches through, not seamless, but intentionally rocking the fucking house down. solid.

  • Where are you getting the backing track from?

  • nice cover! sounds like the real version! can you please send me the tabs or tell me where you found them at?

  • tool don't cover, reninvent!! while you're listening to'em you can hear the same art as the original version spreading out from the song, simply amazing!!

  • Just one word. AWESOME! 5/5

  • @chibixaileen just eyeball it out, or try to figure it out by ear

  • great work man, the only constructive i would give would be to adjust your levels going from clean to distortion. The transition is very cut and paste if you know what I mean. But great job on learning all that shit man!!

  • Hello, I`m searching this sound. In the start, what effect for guitar are you using? A little of delay, another little of flanger and little of tremolo? OR You dont using tremolo in the start?

    This Is amazing cover!!! Thanks
