@specialwh0 i think i got it from a fan message board for death note, i cant recall exactly where tis from.
pause it at the moment of the video it pops up and hit the 'print screen' key to copy the picture and open up a picture editing software you have(even if its just paint) and hit the paste button. Youll have the pic :D
