If you have begun doing workout recently, then you must ensure that you stick to your workout routines and follow it religiously. If you leave your workout for a few days or do it irregularly, then the tempo gets broken and you have to start from scratch again. It can be really painful going over the same drills once again to get back in shape. http://www.videofitness.org
