Weight loss, Increase activity, stress relief - Hypnosis, meditation, medication. IT HAS ALL FAILED AND CONT. TO FAIL. See my desperation yet?
@sonnyboa Have you tried medications like Allopurinol? My dad suffered with the gout for years before being medicated and it has helped tremendously. I had my first and only attack (so far) just this year and it was absolutely horrible, but luckily subsided after a few days. If it becomes a constant thing then I will not hesitate to get medicated.
7 Months ago, I was having the worst issues with my gout in my life so far! I am happy to report that as of 2 months now, I am doing great. Medication is not the only path to curing the ailment. You have to diet. Study and follow the Low-Purine diet. You suffer from gout; this means your body lacks the full nat. ability to digest uric acid on its own. I will gather some resources for you and inbox to you by this days end. Until then my friend, take care.
@sonnyboa Im sorry dat I cant help u, but I was wondering wat advice do u have 4 me, since im suffer from gout on both my big toes for 2 years now. I hoping there's a gud possibility of me getting cured. Plz respond back :)
I am in need of expert help please! I am 24 years old and have dealt with gout since I was 18. Nothing has been able to bring my uric acid down from 22! It has taken over my entire life/body. I have followed the red meatless diet to a "T" for 3 years. I don't eat ferments or drink alcohol. I am on the last leg of my journey to receiving disability. I have no life and its very depressing. I recently confirmed gout in my hip and also in a wheelchair. Please, someone HELP-REPLY or MSG
