Thanks for the video, I though in nordic walking the hand had to open up when it reach the back and it had to grap the pole again when it was move to the front, I am may be wrong but I though its an important fact in order to let the flow circulate better, isnt it? Thanks again. Saludos

too bad most of the video is re the poles and not the technique - you should go behind your hips with your hands and open your hands - for a full range of motion in the arms and shoulders. Greets from Switzerland - beefit.ch
