I'm in the middle of Week 1 of Phase 2. However, started with V Sculpt, Plyocide, and then C+S+T today. (Rest days will be the weekend.)
Until I saw your recap I was seriously considering going back to P90X. But will give it another honest shot again next week.
Will have to admit myself I've missed the bigger picture of X2 and miss the burn component that's more in tune with the original. Thanks for the videos as always, Tyler!

Where did you get that red thing you are slidding your feet on in the very beginning?

@JenG392 its actually just a scarf...its about the only thing in my house that I could find that would slide on my basement floor

how much weight do you normally use for military shoulder presses? hard to gauge since i don't know where you're starting from.

@azuremirage1 If I am doing a hypertrophy or strength phase, I can usually get my shoulder presses up to about 40-45lbs. In this workout I used 35, 30, 25 for both sets of Strip presses (8 reps each) and 25lbs on the callahan press

You show some really good form in your video's, watched your videos for a long time and it's looking like your getting muscular with p90x2. Keep up the reviews my P90x2 arrives next week.

@warmy18 Thanks! I have actually started to track my nutritional numbers for the first time during X2 and I have found that it seems to really be helping!
