Rubbish ive used 4 baby monitors and you need to be in quite close range (at least in the room to hear a conversation)

I knew its illegal. I do not consider myself a stalker. WE did this back in the 90's while sitting around town. You wouldnt believe how many people used to do this. Specaily around housing complexs. Thats one reason why they stopped making scanners to recieve 800-900mhz,and started making phones and some baby moniters and phones in 1.5ghz. and higher. I'm trying to let people now the dangers of this. Believ me you can hear everthing on the first floor of your house on a baby monitor.

If you own a 49 or 900 mhz baby monitor anyone with a ploice scanner will pick it up when it is turned on. It is easy to get the frequencys. Do a online search for them. My friends and I years ago used to listen to them all the time!! A baby monitor will pick up almost every sound in your house!! We used to liten to people talk,even having sex!! We also liten to 49 and 900 mhz telephone calls!! People would give out credit card and debit numbers over the phones!! We only listened and never..

Ive never lent over my babies cot reading out my bank details or telling my baby that im actually going out for the evening.

If someone is going to stalk you how will they hear you talking unless your in the babies room and when the baby is up the monitor is off.
