Do you carry an extra chain with you. I only ask because I am going to be cycling through south america in a few months and i was wondering if i should take that or not?

@holylok Only if they are essentially edible! If an ingredient on its own would not be safe to eat, then do not put it on your skin. That is the only guideline... When I had said not to use shampoo and creams, I had meant the standard varieties found in stores. I am sorry about the confusion. Of course we all need to wash our hair, clean our bodies, and moisturize our skin at times, etc. Please wash your hair asap! I feel bad now. :D

Without skepticism we'd still be sacrificing our first-born children in order to assure a good harvest. Skeptics help us judge what's truly useful and to weed out what's useless or harmful.
There are way too many scam artists out there - that's why we need skeptics.
