@Tidusauron12 - Their jazz & blues is still evident in their pop-rock though... which is GREAT! Ain't no Instant Music here; the pillows is 2 legit 2 quit.

their rhythm guitarist is fucking amazing and their drummer is very reserved, he's ridiculous but seems to hold back, much like ringo.

@noclasm1 Tell him to hang on to it, cyclones with only single-coil pick-ups are SUPER rare. The ones with one Humbucker you can find, but not those...

Have you ever listened their albums Kool Spice or Living Field? I think you'd like them. They're from the pillows were into Jazz and blues and stuff. They started making pop-rock because they had to; in mainstream Japanese culture, they never would've seen the success they have now without making the transition.
