Street Fighter Alpha. It's not bad, but they kind of skewed from the point of the Street Fighter series this was supposed to cap.
The message was supposed to be about martial arts, not DBZ fireballz every where.
Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie is still the best out there.

I'd like to say this was well thought out, considering the message of the "song", but the point of the music video is to match content between song and video. The "song" is too mellow for the fighting, and despite the "emotional angst" of the "song" it doesn't match the furious pace of most of the fighting clips you used.
I'd consider using a song that would marry the tempo of your video next time.
