  • Many thanks from me, Brecon Walsh for posting this it is close to my heart and felt very deeply.guy was my first cousin and we grew all up together.

  • @breconwalsh1 Good to hear from you mate.

  • Just looking at all the songs Guy wrote you'd think his estate would be getting a few royalties from them. Let's hope he didn't sign them away to some evil manager or record goon.

  • Anyone know where I get get this??? Fantastic tune from Guy as it brings back great memories....its not on itunes :(

  • @krazynite Only from ebay on vinyl or cassette.

  • @krazynite The "Lost & Found" CD also has My Place on it as well as some of the other tracks from the "My Place" album. You may be able to still get that from AustralianCrawl dot com ( Youtube won't let me enter the actual URL lol ).

  • @MsDragon1968 Lost & Found doesn't say it is by Australian Crawl. If you look at the cover it says "By Members Of Australian Crawl" which Guy and Bill.were. I think it was to just to give it some marketing push than if it had said "The Flatheads".

  • @krazynite Actually, Nigel beat me to a couple of songs from the 'My Place' album, as Nigel has the 'Lost & Found' album and both albums are very similar. The track 'Memory' you will find on Nigel's page and it's a must listen to track. I forget what the other track was though.

  • @krazynite If you've never had this album previously, jump on board my YouTube page, as I've uploaded all the songs from the album, which I transferred the songs from LP to my PC. Also, jump on board Nigel Spencer's YouTube page, as he's uploaded other tracks from the 'Lost & Found' album. I'm not really sure why Bill McDonough had 'Lost & Found' as 'Australian Crawl', as they are actually songs recorded from Bill & Guy's previous band 'Flatheads', which Nigel was apart of.

  • @MsDragon1968 Thanks heaps Ms Dragon.....I will check it out and let you know how I go. Im on a "mission" to track this fine album out somewhere out there!! lol

  • @nigelgspencer Thanks nigel......would be greatly appreciated. Im going to my local 2nd hand record dealer this week so will pop my head in to see if he can track it down. Cant get the song out of my head all week!! lol......it would be interesting to hear the other tracks on it too :)

  • @krazynite If you happen to be unsuccessful with your local vinyl store, and Nigel ends up unsuccessful too, try my method. Do a google search for 'Guy McDonough My Place images'. This will give you all pictures available on the internet as per your search. You may be lucky to come across a website that has the album available other than Ebay, as there are many different sites out there. This method has helped me to find some wonderful collections for myself.
