I am pretty sure the president would have the power to get a legit birth certificate printed. He wouldn't need to have a fake one made.

That being said, a computer expert or not looking at a real birth certificate and calling it fake is insane.

And Vattel never used the phrase "natural born." He wrote in french and the phrase he used was "naturels ou indigenes" which means "naturals or natives." The term "natural born" came from British common law and ONLY from British common law. Ten years AFTER the Constitution was ratified an English translation of Vattels work translated his phrase as 'natural born citizens,' but that wasn't until 10 years AFTER the Constitution was written.

You obviously haven't read the decision. Anyone can read it. It goes into detail about the meaning and history of "natural born" both for British subjects and then American citizens. It's obvious that you've never read it and you get all your information from nutball blogs. Try actually reading it. In fact one of the arguments of the State was that if the court sided with WKA he would be eligible to be Pres.

You are sadly uneducated and very obviously get all your info from blogs.

Wong Kim Ark had nothing to do with Natural Born citizenship. It had to do with Wong Kim being a citizen. No where in the decision was Natural Born even mentioned as there was no possible way for him to have been Natural Born. Natural Born citizenship requires 2 parents to be citizens at the time of the person's birth. Both of Wong Kim's parents were Chinese citizens. It was impossible for him to have been Natural Born. Natural Born is also discussed in Law of Nations by Vattel.

Wong Kim Ark was all about natural born citizenship AKA citizenship at birth. If you read the decision you will see they go into quite some detail about the meaning of natural born citizen. They note that the Constitution was written in the language of British common law and that the phrase in the Constitution "natural born" comes straight out of British common law. That's the decision that set precedent on this issue for the past 100+ years.

@Mystylplx "Parents" is plural, not singular. Wong Kim Ark was not about Natural Born. It was about citizenship. "Natural Born" citizenship is different than citizenship. Natural Born citizenship requires being born from parents (plural) who are citizens.

Yes there is, but it doesn't say two citizen parents are required as you claimed. The relevant decision is u.S. V Wong Kim Ark and it says citizen parents are NOT required. You are the one with a LOT of learning to do.

Since there are no Supreme Court decisions that say that you must have read a nutball blog taking a sentence out of context from a Supreme court decision--most likely Minor V Happersett which is the favorite of birthers to take out of context. And a birther is anyone who thinks Obama is not a natural born citizen for any reason. Most of them think he was born in Kenya but there are others like you.
