@azianboy1990 it means he has passed the parachute course at Brize Norton, you see Royal Marines can earn 'wings' but Para's can't earn the dagger

@snipers2theEND lol the truth is fellas, commandos and paras are pretty similar in what they do. Thats why theres so much banter :P. P company is a short sharp shock, CTC is a huge training time which is constantly difficult.
