(: 00182 = days since my first newman motor :)

The most affordable way of paying for these watch batteries new is to get "21/23" batteries (either Duracell or Energizer types) that are usually used for garage openers. There are eight coin cell batteries in each of the eight "21/23" batteries. You access them by prying open the "21/23" batteries like a roll of Life Savers and the coin cells come out like Mentos mints. In four packages of two "21/23" batteries, to get all 8*2*4 coin cells one only needs $8 at Walmart, Home Depot, etc. If you bought the 64 coin cells separately, getting all 64 will cost you $320. Unbelievable!

Unfortunately, just like my first Newman motor, this would only run 1 hour on all these batteries. Within that time, I could not get the charging effect to work for some reason, which occurred with the AA batteries. I don't know what is causing the difference.

  • I like you really... and your videos are very lovely

  • Your welcome!

Now I managed to get my old 20 volt set of AA batteries to spin as fast as my 40 volt set used to do by straightening out the wires which also turned out to be in the wrong order :)

Hopefully by the time the rest of the batteries are charged I can connect those and get the speed you see in this video.

This motor has more torque than it needs, at very low current, so I can increase voltage proportionally with the power increase yet increase wind output by the cube (per fan laws).

  • Part2: The incredible think is that is you charge on the shaft the machine will send back in to the batt. higher spike that will over charge the batt. so the batt. recharge will depend from the size of the batt. (sure this fact had a limit... the machine will recover the energy loses but there is a limit) This machine... so easy so efficient so incredible...

  • My multimeter is not showing negative current anymore. However, it shows an average of 0.10 DC amps, yet it has been a day since I have charged it. If it is drawing 100 milliamps for 24 hours it should be slowing down, but there is no significant difference; adjusting the commutator to improve the speed is easy. The voltage is still at 41 volts when it should usually charge up to only 44 volts. This is with the fan on my motor.

  • is the newman moter really a perpetual motion device?

  • I suppose thath some kind of battery can to be charged and other only partially but the best result is the battery car. The newman machine can fully recharge this kind of batt.

  • the newman machine is a perpetual motion but you must use a battery car because the spikes that you measure recharge the batt. and will give an efficiency over the 600% (in my machine) only from the motor coil....

see may latest video "newman machine greatings STARK"

  • Ive done the A23 battery hack from metacafe and let me just say that I've found none of the cells fit any of my cell toys :( asides from that great "NEW VIDEO" dude :)
