Russell Sarder, business magnate, author and CEO of NetCom Learning talks to the Kauffman Foundation of Entrepreneurship about how his company went from a small startup to on track to become a billion dollar corporation by recognizing its strengths and staying the course.

NetCom Learning was founded 13 years ago and has been profitable every year. During that time NetCom Learning provided training for 65,000 people from 22,000 companies. Nearly 90 percent of those companies are Fortune 1000 companies.

In this video Sarder shares how he started the company after college passionate about success even amid naysayers. He credits that passion for helping him succeed, but he also says it was having a clear purpose, focus and especially a passion for learning that really gave him the impetus to succeed.
