  • @asturel13 As someone who was convicted under the old version of the AETA, I have to say that I really dislike comparisons of this struggle to "war." It isn't that a war for animal liberation would be unjust or unethical. My problem is that such rhetoric is dishonest. It seems to allow people to posture without actually risking anything. None of us have been shot, or attended the funeral of a loved one killed by "the other side." Stop posturing, start doing, you know?

  • absolutley agree man, well said. Violence is pretty much the only thing that will carry any weight in this issue now, a bunch of hippies waving posters in the air does nothing! This is a war for animal rights and hurting humans is an unfortunate but entirely necessary consequence. Props to you man for keeping it real.
