  • dude you forgot a KEEEYYY PART. you have to hug his back/hips to keep him from rolling over.

  • @witegetobro Man, are you a black belt? Caus I am! Just joking with you... There are many grips/ways to prevent your opponent from rolling. I talked about it, but am giving very simple instruction in the vid and not going into extreme detail about the omoplata itself, but rather how you can set it up for mma. You'll notice my left arm over his back to prevent him from rolling. thanks for watching
