Thanks for Viewing my Terrarium set up! It has come a long way since my 10 gallon tank with 2 Lizards. It was my goal to make a large replica of a rain forest environment housing multi species. All of my species have the same humidity/temp likings along with their diet. I Feed them Cricket and Mealworms. The Fish and Frogs I feed dried bloodworms - flake food - frozen shrimp....

Most people might not agree with me for having all these species in one environment.. I believe if you provide the species with a clean, safe, and healthy environment, it will not stress your creatures out. In the time I have had this set up, I have NEVER seen any of the species fight with another but I have seen them become best of friends, sleeping and eating together like they are the same species....

This is not a beginner build by no means... So please do not try to start off by doing this set up! Do some research and study your animals and habitats. I clean the terrarium every month by removing all plants and cleaning top to bottom feces and lizard shed. I do water changes every other week to maintain the right chemical balance so nothing becomes stressed.

Anything you see I have either bought from Petsmart / Passpets or my FAVORITE online store that ships SUPER quick and has Great custom support "Doctors Foster and Smith" (www.drsfostersmith.com) Thanks Guys!

I hope this video lets people know how much we need to keep nature and wildlife in our lives so that we will know the true beauty of what nature has to offer... Enjoy!

  • nice song who plays that and whatz the name of it?

oh BTW for hit lamps i really recomand peoplejust going to the home depot and buing a spot light . trust me they last longer and can really heat up a terrarium and they cost a bout half the price from what you would get a Petco.

  • @hunterallen48 I dont reccomend this because exo teraa makes certain kind of lights that emit the right kind of UVA/UVB mixtures and offer the right colors of the spectrum - sure it may be used as heat but your also sending the wrong spectrum colors that may not be able to be seen by the naked eye which is being sent to your reptiles, always go with a name brand and not something at home depot even if it costs less...

  • nice !!! just watch out for that white tree frog they would eat anything on site ! mine ate my 2 fire belly Asian toads and some times attacks my ball pythons ...LOL i know is a funny sight seeing my frog trying to eat my snakes but my point is they are not afraid they would eat anything !!

  • @hunterallen48 this setup is different now - he did infact eat both of my long tail lizards so he is now with a frog his same size and an anole which the terrarium is full of hiding spots... this emulates nature :)
